Lindsay Lohan completed a court-ordered 90-day rehab stint last month, but she was warned in court yesterday that she’ll be sent to prison if she accepts a plea bargain related to a theft charge.

A source told website PopEater: “I’m not sure if she can survive this. She is so terrified and frightened that we all fear her addictions will kick in again to help her numb the fear.”

The actress is accused of stealing a necklace worth $2,500 from upmarket Californian boutique Kamofie & Company.

Though Lindsay has repeatedly denied the allegation — insisting the item was loaned to her in exchange for publicity — she has been offered a plea bargain deal, in which she is believed to be expected to serve just eight months in jail in exchange for pleading guilty.

The 24-year-old actress must decide whether to accept the deal or plead not guilty and take the case to trial by the time of her next hearing, which has been set for March 10.

Lindsay, who is free on $40,000 bail, was also warned by Judge Schwartz if she pleads guilty or no contest to the charge then he could rule that she is in violation of her earlier DUI order.

Lindsay’s parents Dina and Michael supported their daughter at her hearing yesterday, despite a restraining order in place banning the showbiz patriarch from going near his ex-wife.

Michael told RadarOnline.com: “We just want to be there for her, but to be there with Dina and the kids, to show our support as a family.

“The restraining order is in effect, it’s been seven years and in effect for five more months, but it doesn’t matter.

“At a time like this when the public needs to see and the court needs to see her family come together for her. Because that’s one of her biggest problems, she has a broken heart and she filled that crack in her broken heart that came from our divorce with all the wrong things.

“Parents have to put their differences aside for their children.”

Movie producer Nathan Folks has been in discussions with Lindsay Lohan to co-star with actor Chris Zylka in an upcoming film project Escaping the Game.

Despite the fact that the Mean Girls actress has a felony grand larceny charge hanging over her head, Folks is still very much interested in lining Lilo up for the drama that will be shot in the U.S. and Spain.

Regarding the significant hurdle of getting Lindsay insured for the $30 million flick, the producer told Radaronline: “We can get her insured if she is with someone who is keeping on eye on her 24/7. Lindsay and I have discussed it and she’s already agreed to the condition. She’s doing great and we’re going to prove to the world that she’s back.”

Zylka, who is currently filming The Amazing Spider-Man, hung out with Lindsay last night. At the urging of Folks, the pair took in a Ferras performance at an L.A. club Saturday evening.

Lohan later tweeted: “Went to see my friend @ohferras perform and was talking to a future costar- just to be bombarded by paparazzi- so much for being normal.”

The producer doesn’t claim to be a matchmaker: “I put the two of them together to go see the show. They’re both Ferras fans and I thought it would be a good chance for them to get to know each other. They’re strictly friends.”

Paris Hilton appeared on the “Late Show with David Letterman” on Thursday, dropping what Dave called “kind of a bulletin.”

With Hilton entering her 30s yesterday, Dave asked the heiress what her plans were for the next decade.

“Just continue doing my business and growing my empire and have kids,” Paris replied, stunning the TV host. Hilton then continued, saying, “I think having kids is the meaning of life.”

Hilton has been dating nightclub owner Cy Waits for almost one year and she described their relationship as “amazing.”

As the oldest of four children, Hilton revealed that she would like to have three or four kids when she starts a family of her own.

Burlesque star Dita Von Teese has, for years, hinted at a desire to launch a clothing line. She told The Frisky last year, “I might like to, but I would be very careful about how I went about it because I feel like I wouldn’t want to just go into my closet and knock off my favorite designers.”

While Dita’s clothing collection has yet to materialize, her fans will be pleased to hear that they will be able to purchase a little bit of her enviable glamour in a little while. On Thursday, Von Teese tweeted about her upcoming signature scent: “Isolated at a chateau in the French countryside w/my perfumers. “No fruit, no vanilla, no candy!! Velvet sensuality w/a dash of vulgarity!”"

Dita continued, “I want to evoke passion with fragrance….intense love/lust and distaste/fear rather than merely popular acceptance.” It will be interesting to see what goes into the creation of aural fear, no?

Well if this isn’t the most perfect casting job in history.

Kathy Griffin, who has sparred with the Palin family incessantly over the last two years, is now set to play a character inspired by their matriarch on “Glee”. Really. TVLine reports that the comedienne — who most recently called Bristol Palin “the white Precious” in a standup routine during a USO trip — is set to play a Tea Party candidate mom and regional finals judge on the musical comedy.

While TVLine says that a source tells them that the character, to be named Tammy Jean, “really isn’t anything like Palin,” the casting breakdown the show put out may indicate otherwise. According to Movie Line, the show was in search of a “recent Tea Party candidate and home schooler — a Sarah Palin type.”

Either way, the casting is a bit of a culmination of a close relationship Griffin has had with the “Glee” cast. In October, she appeared with cast members at an LGBTQ advocacy event at Occidental College in California, and shared an on-stage kiss with Chris Colfer. And, she’s gotten chummy with the show’s teacher and adult figure, Matthew Morrison.

As for Griffin and the Palins, there’s an even longer history there. Griffin has flirted and even taken as a date Bristol Palin’s ex-fiance, Levi Johnston, and has promised to offend another Palin in 2011.

So will she take them on — or even play them sympathetically? Last June, “Glee” creator Ryan Murphy hinted that perhaps his show was ready to be nicer to the Tea Party.

“We’ve taken a couple jabs at the right wing this year,” he said to TV Guide. “So what I want to do with this character is have someone who Christian kids and parents can recognize and say, ‘Oh, look — I’m represented there, too!’ If we’re trying to form a world of inclusiveness, we’ve got to include that point of view as well.”

The “Mean Girls” actress tried to crash a private party at the Sunset Marquis hotel in Los Angeles only to be immediately turned away. In shame, she slinked off through the venue’s garage.

In related news, LiLo attempted to set the record straight about her Thursday night antics at Teddy’s nightclub- she claims she wasn’t ever in the club but rather just at the Roosevelt Hotel.

Lindsay tweeted, “The reports i was at teddys are inaccurate…I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend. i take my sobriety seriously. please dont believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L.”

Looking for a quick nicotine fix, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen were spotted having a cigarette in New York City yesterday (February 16).

The “Full House” hotties looked a bit sneaky as they smoked together behind a wall, both wearing fabulous winter coats.

As for their new collection for The Row, Mary Kate and Ashley explained that they were hoping to brighten consumers’ spirits with the various high-end items.

“When we styled the pieces, we knew that we wanted it to be item-based, so it could be mixed and matched. We wanted each piece to stand alone,” explained Ashley.

Mary Kate added, “I think fashion should have a sense of humor. We wanted people to smile.”

Opting to spend the evening out on the town, Kim Kardashian turned up at the Warner Bros. Los Angeles Premiere of “Unknown” in Westwood, California on Wednesday night (February 16).

Held at Regency Village Theatre, the E! reality hottie donned an interesting lampshade-like white top with black pants while joined on the theatrical excursion by her mom, Kris Jenner.

This evening comes just after reports surfaced that Kim has finally ended her longtime feud with former BFF Paris Hilton.

The peacemaking took place at music mogul Jimmy Iovine’s Grammy Awards bash on Sunday night, with a source telling press: “Paris came up to her and apologized, and said she didn’t want to fight.”

“Paris said she was happy for Kim’s success despite what reports have said — Kim was sweet and accepted her apology,” the insider added.
